VIA has been very successful for over two decades in many different facets of ergonomic seating; one of those main facets is their executive seating. Available in many different leather or cloth options these chairs surpass other executive seating options due in part to some of the standard options these chairs are supplied with. One of these options is that all high back executive level chairs from VIA have a built in headrest. These headrests, viewed here, are built into the chairs rather than attached or sewn onto the top, this provides a more stable product as your headest will never become loose or lose the ability to stay in place.
 One of ergonomics finer points and something that VIA does very well is chair adjustables. All Executive/Operational/Task chairs from VIA, minus mesh back chairs feature a ratchet height adjustable back rest. You can ratchet the back upwards to ensure that your ideal back posture and spinal situation are present. VIA understands that everyone is not built the same way, thus leading them to allow an extra three to five inches in ratchet room.
Along with the ability to adjust the back to fit your height and situation comes the ability to adjust the seat to fit your body length. All VIA chairs, outside the Swopper and any sled based chair, have what VIA refers to as seat slider technology. A very handy and cool feature that ensures you will continue to be comfortable in your chair as you grow and as the day goes by. What this technology allows is two to three extra inches of leg support. This is achievable by allowing your seat to slide outwards, ensuring that your legs will be fully supported whether you are slouching in your chair on a slow day or sitting straight up during a busy work week.
VIA really starts to get exciting when you factor in their newest 'active seating' product, the Swopper Stool. The Swopper introduces the critical missing ingredient of motion to the seated employee.
